Adroit Resources is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Vadodara, India office.


Job Description:

  • Generate & source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research accounts and identify key players in the market
  • Qualify all leads, and drive them through the sales process by initiating face-to-face meetings with On-Site Sales team
  • Route qualified opportunities to the On-Site Sales Manager for further development and closure
  • Ensure all data is captured, tracked and leads are updated into the CRM system(Salesforce)
  • Increase company market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
  • Work with cross functional teams
  • Participate in regular meetings to share progress, identify blockers and improve performance

Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Minimum 1-2 year of business development experience (Initial training will be provided as well)
  • Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling multiple calls per day
  • Persuasive, hardworking and ability to close the sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet the target with the timeline
  • Comfortable with a business-to-business sales environment

Important Note: This role is for the US market and hence the work timings will be 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST
